LPN is ready to support the government's resolution to extend the LTV measures, reduce transfer and mortgage fees until mid-2027, aiming to help customers alleviate the pressure during the initial phase of home ownership before starting repayments, enhancing financial flexibility and encouraging purchasing decisions. The campaign "Debt Suspension at LPN" has been extended until July 31, 2026.

Ms. Daranee Chattapiriyapan, CEO of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited, stated that after launching the "Debt Suspension at LPN" campaign earlier this June, the company has received continuous positive feedback from consumers, reflected in the increasing number of visitors to the projects and inquiries for information. This indicates that the demand for housing remains strong, especially among those with sufficient income who are delaying their purchasing decisions due to concerns about initial expenses of home ownership.

“Consumer behavior has changed; they no longer consider only the price of housing when making purchasing decisions. Instead, they are placing greater importance on cash flow management and the burden of initial repayments. Therefore, the government's measures to extend the relaxation of LTV criteria and reduce transfer and mortgage fees until the end of June 2027 are positive factors that help lower the cost of home purchases and increase opportunities for the public to access loans for home ownership. LPN is ready to support government policies and will continue the 'Debt Suspension at LPN' campaign until July 31, to help ease the financial burden for customers during the initial phase of home ownership and gradually drive the real estate market recovery based on actual purchasing power,” Ms. Daranee added.

The "Debt Suspension at LPN" campaign allows customers to move in before starting repayments, with support for repayment obligations according to the company's conditions for a maximum period of 5 years. Additionally, customers will receive extra benefits including free furniture, free appliances, free transfer and mortgage fees, free common area fees, and free solar panel systems (for participating projects), helping to reduce the initial living expenses comprehensively.

This campaign covers 21 ready-to-move-in projects, including condominiums near public transport, townhomes, duplex homes, and single-family homes across various price ranges to meet the needs of all buyer groups.
